Where We Ship

We currently ship to:

United Kingdom

United States, Canada

Japan, Korea

Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand

Australia, New Zealand

More regions will be added in the future — stay tuned.

All items are checked for quality before leaving our warehouse in CHINA.

Return and exchange requests are managed through our Singapore office. For more information, please refer to our Returns & Refund policy.

 

Order Processing

Orders are processed and dispatched from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays), during working hours (SGT).

Orders placed after 2:00 PM (SGT) on Fridays will be dispatched the following Monday.

Please note: Orders are not dispatched on public holidays. In such cases, your order will be sent on the next working day.

 

Delivery Timelines

We aim to deliver your order as swiftly as possible. Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your shipping destination and chosen courier service. 

Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow its journey.

Delivery typically takes 6–15 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location.

 

Customs Duties

All applicable customs duties, VAT, and import taxes are calculated and included at checkout based on your shipping destination. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and, once paid, are non-refundable.

While nappetshop cannot cover or reimburse customs-related costs, we will always do our best to support you with any questions or concerns. Should there be updates to local regulations, we will share relevant information on our website in advance whenever possible.

   

Shipping Fees

We offer FREE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING based on your location (after discounts, excluding tax or duties):

OVER $89 USD: Japan and Korea

OVER $99 USD: Singapore and Malaysia

OVER $149 USD: Australia

OVER $179 USD: United Kingdom

OVER $199 USD: Canada and New Zealand

OVER $249 USD: United States

For orders below the relevant threshold, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your destination and parcel weight.

Due to current international shipping costs, Thailand is temporarily excluded from our free shipping offer. We’re actively working towards extending free shipping to more ASEAN customers in the near future.

 

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived after the estimated delivery time, appears to be lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@nappetshop.com and we’ll be happy to assist.

While nappetshop cannot be held responsible for parcel loss, delivery delays, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect address details or failed deliveries, we will always do our best to help you follow up with the courier and understand the next steps.

  

Other Notes

Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout. We’re unable to take responsibility for parcels lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

Any changes in courier-related charges will not affect orders that have already been paid for.
