Yes, of course. Returns and exchanges can be requested within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all accessories and original tags attached.

 

If you’ve received a faulty or incorrect item, we’ll take care of the return postage and arrange a replacement or refund. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs apply.

Getting started is easy. You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery in either of the following ways:

Once we’ve reviewed your request, we’ll guide you through the next steps based on your location. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the item has been received and inspected, and replacement items are dispatched shortly after inspection.

If the size or style isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help with an exchange within 14 days of delivery, subject to availability.

 

For pet clothing items, exchanges are only accepted if the item is unused, unworn, and returned with the original tags attached. For hygiene reasons, clothing items cannot be returned or exchanged once tried on.

 

If you feel the sizing guidance differs significantly from the actual measurements of the item you received, please get in touch — we’re always happy to take a closer look and advise on the next steps.

To keep things safe and hygienic for both pets and people, we’re unable to accept returns for the following items:

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery typically takes between 6–15 business days, depending on your location and local courier services. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Yes – we offer free international shipping based on your location (after discounts, excluding any customs fees or taxes):

 

Singapore: Orders over $99 USD

Australia: Orders over $149 USD

United Kingdom: Orders over $179 USD

For orders below the relevant threshold, shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your destination and parcel weight.

This can be frustrating — and it does happen sometimes. Occasionally, courier services may mark a parcel as delivered a little earlier than it actually arrives.

 

We recommend waiting an additional 1–2 business days and checking with neighbours or your building’s reception, just in case.
