Yes, of course. Returns and exchanges can be requested within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all accessories and original tags attached.
If you’ve received a faulty or incorrect item, we’ll take care of the return postage and arrange a replacement or refund. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs apply.

Getting started is easy. You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery in either of the following ways:
– Submit your request through our Returns & Exchanges Portal and follow the on-screen steps
– Email us at hello@nappetshop.com with your order details and clear photos or videos of the item
Once we’ve reviewed your request, we’ll guide you through the next steps based on your location. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the item has been received and inspected, and replacement items are dispatched shortly after inspection.

If the size or style isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help with an exchange within 14 days of delivery, subject to availability.
For pet clothing items, exchanges are only accepted if the item is unused, unworn, and returned with the original tags attached. For hygiene reasons, clothing items cannot be returned or exchanged once tried on.
If you feel the sizing guidance differs significantly from the actual measurements of the item you received, please get in touch — we’re always happy to take a closer look and advise on the next steps.

All items are carefully checked before leaving our warehouse. However, if your parcel arrives damaged, please get in touch with us at hello@nappetshop.com as soon as possible.

To keep things safe and hygienic for both pets and people, we’re unable to accept returns for the following items:
– Used items
– Personalised or made-to-order products
– Items purchased during clearance sales
